India EFT Council stores personal information for the following purposes:

1. For EFT therapists who are members of the India EFT Council and wish to have their details listed in our therapist directory.
2. For invoicing members of India EFT Council, including ICEEFT membership invoicing if you request it.
3. For sending newsletters and updates to members.
4. For sending blog and website updates to members who have subscribed to the India EFT Council blog.

Your membership registration with the India EFT Council is considered your consent for:

• Storing information such as name, clinic name/address, contact number, training level, and other information you wish to display in the therapist directory, as well as ICEEFT membership status.
• Sharing your name and email address with ICEEFT for membership validation if you choose ICEEFT membership through the India EFT Council.
• Adding you to the India EFT Council mailing list.

Personal information collected through the India EFT Council membership is used only for the purposes stated above.

You may request to end your membership at any time. Once your membership ends, your information will be removed from both the therapist directory and the mailing list.
