The India EFT Council, the only ICEEFT-affiliated EFT training body in India, is pleased to announce a comprehensive series of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) trainings scheduled for February and March 2026, offered both in-person in Bangalore and online.

These trainings are delivered in association with Matters of Relationship and meet the highest international standards set by ICEEFT, the global home of Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Why EFT?

Emotionally Focused Therapy is one of the most rigorously researched approaches in the field of psychotherapy. Grounded in adult attachment science, EFT is supported by over 25 years of outcome, process, and neuroscience research, with a landmark effect size of 1.3—among the strongest in couple therapy research. EFT consistently demonstrates lasting improvements in emotional security, relationship satisfaction, and bonding.
