Four-Day Externship
In Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Through a combination of lectures, live demonstrations, case discussions, video presentations, and experiential exercises, participants will learn the foundational concepts and theory of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
You will explore the stages and steps of EFT, learn to identify negative interaction cycles, and begin to formulate clear paths toward change and emotional connection.
Reading Creating Connection or Hold Me Tight® is recommended for all participants.
Senior EFT Trainers and Supervisors from the India EFT Council will support small-group learning and skills practice.
EFT externships and core skills trainings are designed for mental health professionals, and registrants must declare their professional designation.
Our upcoming India EFT Council externships are now being offered in a hybrid (online + in-person) format.
